Hey there, I’m Will Bermender. New York-born, Philly-raised, now a Texas transplant in San Antonio. Growing up in Philadelphia, I became a die-hard Phillies fan, cheering them on through every season. These days, I’m a family man with my amazing wife, Susan, our two kids, and our dog Negan (named after the best Walking Dead's human villain, but trust me, he’s a good boy!). I’m all about the simple joys: running through the Texas countryside, devouring Mexican food, and playing old-school games on my original Atari 2600. I’m a culture buff, 80s music and 90s grunge are my jams, and I’m always up for action and horror movies. I love reading, traveling for fun (and work), and creating new family traditions. Right now, I’m learning (re-learning) French, which keeps my brain buzzing between adventures.
My creative side shines through in all of my writing. I’ve always loved movies and loved writing, so I started writing action movie screenplays. Now I'm turning my knack for storytelling into a new career. I studied marketing and strategic management in college, which led me to a 25-year run in business, scaling companies across the globe. Now, as a screenwriter and producer, my debut flick HEARTRACE is in development. I split my time between Texas and New York, chasing stories and soaking in the best of both worlds.
